Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a tournament, and your contact details are never public.
What we collect
When you register for a tournament we collect your in-game name, Free Fire UID, WhatsApp number and — for team events — your squad name and each teammate's in-game name and UID.
Why we collect it
This information is used purely for tournament administration: verifying entries, preventing duplicate registrations, sending room IDs and passwords, publishing results and arranging prize payouts.
What is shown publicly
Only team or player display names and results appear on the public site. WhatsApp numbers and Free Fire UIDs are never displayed publicly and are visible only to authenticated UNTEX ARENA admins.
What we never ask for
We never ask for bank passwords, bank PINs, card numbers, CVVs, one-time PINs (OTPs) or South African ID numbers. Any message requesting these is not from UNTEX ARENA. Prize payouts are arranged manually with winners over WhatsApp.
Retention & removal
Tournament records are kept as a permanent competitive history. If you want your contact details removed after a tournament has ended, message us on WhatsApp with your registration ID and we will remove them.
